Activation device that sends an electromagnetic signal (125KHz) to the location system tags worn by the patients being monitored (CER-030), indicating they are in a monitored area. Once the bracelet recieves this signal, it sends a message in 13,56 MHz to the area controller central (CER-025) indicating activator and tag identifiers. As long as the bracelet (CER-030) remains within the range of the activator, it will continously activate the bracelet until the wanderer leaves the area. The CER-010 activator must always be placed near the area to be controlled (door, corridor, etc.), generally at the height of light switches or light switches, 1-1.2 meters above the floor. The CER-010 has a maximum activation distance of 1.5 meters.
